CPD EVENT FEEDBACK TEMPLATE
Study days, courses and conferences live or die by their reputation and their accreditation. This template collects the feedback organisers need for both: whether learning objectives were met, what delegates will do differently, ideas for next time, and permission to quote the best comments.
Free plan available. No card required. The usual post-event survey asks about the coffee and the venue. This one leads with learning. Did the event meet its stated objectives? Was it relevant to delegates’ practice? What will they do differently as a result? Those are the questions that accrediting bodies, sponsors and future delegates care about.
If your event is CPD-approved, your accrediting body will usually expect you to collect delegate feedback and to show how you respond to it. Asking about learning objectives and intended change in practice gives you exactly that evidence, in a report you can attach to your next application.
The last question asks permission to quote comments anonymously. It is easy to forget, and it means the best comments can go straight into next year’s programme without an awkward round of emails.
